This policy describes how long Valqor keeps different categories of data and what rights you have over it.
We retain account data (email, authentication events, workspace settings), managed links, domains, routing rules, and billing references for as long as your account is active.
Analytics events (clicks, conversions, attributed revenue) are retained as product telemetry tied to your workspace. Billing records required for tax and compliance purposes are retained separately.
Active account data is kept for the lifetime of your subscription. When you delete your account, operational data is removed within 30 days, except billing records required by law which are retained for 7 years.
Anonymous short links created without an account may be expired after 90 days of inactivity. Authenticated workspace links follow the account retention schedule.
You can request a full export of your account data at any time from the account settings page. Exports include links, domains, analytics events, and billing history.
You can request account deletion at any time. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Contact privacy@valqor.app for any data rights request.
