Valqor provides branded link management, URL routing, and attribution analytics for workspace operators. You access the service through a subscription account and agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

We may update the service over time. We will communicate material changes that affect your workflow with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan selected at checkout.

If a payment fails, access may be restricted until the balance is settled. You can cancel at any time; the current billing period remains active until it ends.

You may not use Valqor to distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this policy.

Automated abuse of the API or redirect infrastructure that degrades service quality for other operators is also prohibited.

We process your account, link, and billing data as described in the privacy policy. You retain ownership of the content you manage through the platform.

By using Valqor you agree to the data processing described in the privacy and cookie policies. You can request data export or deletion at any time via the account settings.

Valqor is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
